Q: How can I reach you?
-
A:
The easiest way to contact me is by sending me an
e-mail.
-
-
Q: What kind of warantee do you
offer on modified video game systems?
-
A:
A 90 days warranty is offered with any item sold or mods
performed.
-
-
Q:
Do you also repair video game systems?
-
A:
One exception aside, at this time, I do not offer repair
services. The only exception I do right now is for the
Turbo Duo (full capacitor replacement). Most of the
time, repairing a classic video game system is as
expensive (if not more) as replacing it.

-
Q:
How long will I have to wait from the moment I ship my
system to you?
-
A:
Generally allow a delay of one week for me to find the
time to perform the mod. Some mods require parts which
I don't have in stock so it might be longer in such
cases. The delay also depends
on the shipping method selected. Note that I'm located
in Quebec, Canada.

-
Q: I'd like a mod that isn't listed
on your site, can you help my with this?
-
A:
Sure. If a mod has a good reputation, I'll be
more than glad to do it for you. I might refuse to do
some mods for different reasons such as unreliability
or inaccessibility.
-
-
Q: I'd like to learn to mod systems
myself, where can I start?
-
A:
First check out my Links section for info on different
modification websites. Various books and websites also
offer a great deal of info on skills required to
perform those mods. The key is to start with something
simple first (like replacing a LED), and then
gradually moving to something more complex.
-
-
Q: What kind
of discount can you
offer if I buy multiple mods from you?
-
A:
I might be wiling to offer slightly better deals for
multiple mods. I haven't thought of a standard
reduction chart as of now, so this will be a
case by case thing.
-
-
Q:
I'd like to buy a system which
has already been modified. Is that a possibility?
-
A:
Yep. Just checkout the Special Offers
section in which I'll be listing various stuff for
sale, including modded systems. I often acquire
various video game systems which aren't
modified. Just feel free to ask if you have a
particular request, I might be able to do it.
-
-
Q:
Where did you learn all that
stuff?
-
A:
I studied electronics repair in school, and I've
always been into fixing all kind of stuff. For more
info on me, check out the About Me
section.
