Here's a few pages I visit from time to time for various reasons.
Links
  •

  • -GameSX: Probably the best place to find schematics and guides to mod your classic beloved systems. Some knowledge of electronics is required to understand how things work.

  •

  • -mmmonkey: Super clean website with user-friendly tutorials for many mods.

  •

  • -Benheck: Home of the portable systems. Crazy stuff going on here. Various tutorials and projects to be found browsing the site or forum.

  •

  • -PCEngineFX: Great info regarding the PC Engine aka Turbografx-16 can be found by browsing the website or the forums of this site. The community there is really awesome.

  •

  • -CCJVQ: Quebec's definitive video game collector club. I recommend checking the dates of the swap meeting. Attending one of these trade meetings is definitely worth it for any retro game fanatic. Great people to meet and great deals to be found there!

  • -SEGA-16: One of the best resource (if not the best) regarding the Sega Genesis

  •

  • -Jack & Daniel : My teachers from the 24-Juin Electronics repair class. The two men who basically thought me everything I know about electronics and who are always ready to answer my questions.

  •

  • -Quebec Gamers' BrYaN: This guy is the biggest video game fan I know. He's also the guy who bought my first modded system. A lot of interesting files and reviews worth checking out at his site too.
